Where is the TRIFORÊT alpin.resort located?
The Triforêt is situated in the municipality of Hinterstoder, in the southernmost part of Upper Austria, near the border with Styria. The alpine resort is located in the Pyhrn-Priel holiday region in the district of Kirchdorf, in the Traunviertel area.

How high is the TRIFORÊT alpin.resort located?
The alpine resort is situated at an altitude of 1,410 meters, directly at the Höss middle station, approximately 10 kilometers from the center of Hinterstoder.

Where can you park?
Free outdoor parking spaces are available directly in front of the TRIFORÊT alpin.resort. Underground parking spaces are available upon request for €20 per night, some of which are equipped with E-charging stations.
Additionally, there are more free parking spaces about 100 meters from the main building.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?
The reception is open 24 hours a day.

Are snow chains necessary to reach the hotel in winter?
In winter, snow chains are required for the last 10 kilometers to the hotel. For more information about how to get there in winter, please click here.

What types of rooms/accommodations are available?
At the TRIFORÊT alpin.resort, you can stay in an apartment or a chalet with a fully equipped kitchen.
All 41 apartments are located in the main building and accommodate 1 to 7 people. The 20 chalets are spread across the entire resort. There are three different chalet sizes, suitable for 1 to 7 people.

What is the Baby Package?
Traveling with a baby comes with special needs. That’s why we ensure you can leave your baby equipment at home. We provide a high chair, bottle warmer, sterilizer, diaper bin, changing mat, baby bathtub, and nightlight. This makes traveling with a baby simple and relaxing.
Cost: €49 per stay. -
What leisure activities are available for children and teenagers?
There is a children's playroom with a fun arts and crafts station. The teen game room is equipped with table tennis, foosball, and a PlayStation.

Are dogs allowed at the TRIFORÊT alpin.resort?
We look forward to welcoming your four-legged friend to our hotel. It is absolutely necessary to register your dog when booking. We charge € 25 per night for your dog.
We would like to inform you in advance that dogs are not allowed at breakfast, in the wellness and fitness area or in the children's and youth playroom.

Are gift vouchers available for the TRIFORÊT alpin.resort?
The TRIFORÊT offers in-house gift vouchers that can be used for the hotel, restaurant, or alpin.spa. The vouchers are made available for immediate printing (Print@Home) after purchase.

How many restaurants are there?
The alpine resort features the à-la-carte restaurant 'Hutterer alpin.restaurant', which offers culinary delights from morning to evening.

Are vegetarian or vegan dishes offered?
Of course, we offer vegetarian and vegan dishes. Our kitchen team is also happy to accommodate special requests, as well as food intolerances and allergies.

Is there a children's menu?
We offer special children's dishes for our youngest guests.

Are dogs allowed in the Hutterer restaurant?
In the indoor area of our restaurant, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning without your dog, while your furry friend is welcome to accompany you outside on the sunny terrace. Starting from midday, we are delighted to welcome your four-legged companion inside the restaurant as well. Chairs, benches, and sun loungers are reserved for human guests and are not available for dogs.

Our alpin.spa welcomes you with a space of 1000 m². Treat yourself to relaxation in the infinity pool, various saunas, or with a soothing massage. Additionally, we regularly offer yoga sessions.

Our spa team is happy to pamper you with various massages, helping you relax and do something good for your body.

Can the alpin.spa be used before check-in or after check-out?
The wellness area can be used free of charge before check-in and after check-out.

Are children allowed in the alpin.spa?
Children can use the alpin.spa until 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, the entire spa area is exclusively reserved for adults.

Is there a summer tourism card?
Yes, there is the Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard, which our guests receive free of charge. It is valid from May 1st to November 2nd, 2025, and offers over 50 free services and 26 bonus benefits – from the arrival day to the departure day!
SPORTS OPPORTUNITIES IN WINTER

How large is the Hinterstoder ski area?
With 14 modern ski lifts, you can fully enjoy 40 kilometers of challenging slopes at altitudes of up to 2,000 meters, with excellent snow conditions. Skiing highlights such as the adventure pistes and ski rounds provide extra excitement.
Additionally, Hinterstoder features the 7.4 km long valley run, the Höss Totale, and the 3.5 km long Hannes-Trinkl World Cup track.
For families, there is the SNOWtrail, an adventure piste with waves and steep curves, as well as the 16,500 m² Sunny Kids Park.

Yes, you can use your SuperSkiCard for the ski area in the Pyhrn-Priel holiday region.

Yes, at Intersport Pachleitner at the Hinterstoder valley station or the Höss-Express middle station, you can rent your desired skis. You can reserve your skis online, by phone, or by email.

Is there a ski cellar?
Yes, the ski cellar is located on the garden level and is equipped with ski boot warmers and small lockers. The chalets have their own ski boot warmers.
