To make sure you don't miss out on your personal training while on vacation, you can work out in the fitness room with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. For maximum flexibility, the fitness area with cardio and strength equipment is open 24 hours a day.
Our courses are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, everyone is challenged according to their abilities. At TRIFORÊT, we teach a variety of yoga styles, from traditional Hatha Yoga and flowing Vinyasa Yoga to Yin Yoga. More strenuous Pilates classes are also part of our program.
A new program is put together every week for our guests to take part in. Where possible, the courses take place outside or in the yoga room.
